What if I lose my hardware (laptop, tablet, phone, etc)?

Since your data is stored securely on the cloud, it is not dependent on a device. You can grab a new device, connect to the Internet, and login to your Acefone portal. Voila! You’ll be back to work without missing a beat.

Should I be worried about data centre downtime?

We have multiple data centres to ensure that if one centre faces issues, the others are still working. With 99.99% uptime, our data centre will only be down for about 52.6 minutes in the entire year. And even during that period, our other data centres will be up and running. So, you needn’t worry about downtime.
